About the SpeakerThomas Brunner is a strategy consultant specializing in procurement, process optimization, and AI strategy, with over 25 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. As a Senior Partner at ERA Group DACH, he has been supporting mid-sized companies in cost-intensive industries since 2010 with cost optimization, process harmonization, and digitalization—particularly in non-strategic procurement areas.Previously, as Managing Director of a sportswear group, he was responsible for strategic and operational procurement as well as restructuring and turnaround. His AI expertise includes several specialized training programs and certifications. In consulting and training engagements, he develops and facilitates AI Design Sprints, designs practical AI use cases in procurement, and supports companies in the scalable implementation of AI.
