For half a century, alesco has been manufacturing high-quality packaging solutions made of paper and plastic at its two plants in Langerwehe and Alsdorf near Aachen. The company employs around 210 people, who process a production volume of 45,000 tonnes per year. In order to reduce procurement costs in non-strategic areas, the company commissioned Ilona Janssen and Thomas Krämer from ERA Group to optimise expenditure in the areas of waste disposal and the fleet of industrial trucks.
