One of Finland's leading adult education providers, Tampereen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus TAKK, enlisted ERA's expertise to help manage its costs. Procurement subject to public tendering differs from other types of procurement due to the precision it requires, but good cooperation between TAKK and ERA's professionals resulted in significant savings of approximately 25 per cent in a total of eight cost categories. One of the biggest optimisations was seen in insurance.
