Mercuri Urval is one of the world's leading HR and management consulting companies. It was founded in Sweden in 1967. Today, more than 700 consultants work for the company in 24 countries. The company's core business is personnel development and recruitment. Cleaning and office supplies are important cost categories, but not something the company specialises in. As Mercuri Urval had already worked with ERA Group in other European countries, Mercuri Urval's CFO Katarina Brandt hired ERA Group Sweden to optimise Mercuri Urval's costs in these categories.
