DRK Hamburg optimises cleaning costs

In 2009, the DRK Hamburg non-profit organisation for the promotion of child and youth welfare mbH approached Mario Sundt from ERA Group with a consulting and implementation project. The aim was to optimise cleaning costs for 12 facilities (daycare centres) and the management offices.

Thanks to the positive collaboration, the partnership was expanded from 12 to 30 properties over the years. This collaboration was maintained even after a change in management.
