Stadtwerke Rostock supplies more than 100,000 customers with district heating, electricity and natural gas. Customer proximity, advice and on-site service are important to the company. With around 550 employees and 50 trainees, the company generates annual sales of more than 230 million euros. In order to further improve the service for Stadtwerke's customers and to have the necessary financial resources to do so, the company commissioned Karsten Schachne from ERA Group to review and optimise its existing cost management system.
