Metallumform GmbH reduces its material costs by over €100,000 per year with the help of experts from ERA Group.
Metallumform GmbH is an automotive supplier with locations in Hann. Münden and Leinefelde. In order to optimally position itself in the market, the company commissioned ERA Group to optimise expenditure in certain purchasing areas. The categories of packaging, cleaning, consumables and workwear were each analysed by an expert.
