Lehmann & Voss & Co. KG has been producing and marketing chemical and mineral specialities to industrial customers worldwide for more than 100 years. The company commissioned Michael Röper from ERA Group to review the costs of waste disposal and the proceeds from the sale of recyclable materials in order to reduce costs without compromising quality and to increase revenues. In addition, opportunities to improve internal operating procedures were to be sought in order to reduce process costs as well.
