Lennox Benelux saves 45% on telecoms and 14.5% on credit checks
Lennox designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of products for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and cooling, in short, all equipment that optimises the indoor climate. The NYSE-listed company operates worldwide. Its headquarters for Northern Europe are located in Nijkerk, from where sales and service are organised in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and England.
ERA Group consultant Kees de Dreu approached Lennox Benelux and, after a number of discussions, started working as a project manager. Five topics were initially considered: telecommunications, temporary staff, printers, logistics and credit checks. In the areas of printers and logistics, it gradually became clear that Lennox already had these well organised.
