Kalmar Länstrafik (KLT) is a public organisation within the Kalmar County Council. KLT is responsible for public transport in Kalmar County – buses, trains, patient transport, transport services, etc. Its turnover is approximately SEK 800 million.
Jan Hägersand, partner at ERA Group, met with KLT's management team in the spring of 2011 and presented how ERA Group worked. KLT quickly became interested and decided to hire ERA Group.
