Dynamit Nobel GmbH Explosivstoff- und Systemtechnik in Leverkusen (DNES for short), a partner to the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries, market leader in the field of hazardous chemicals and subsidiary of the French Novasep Group, planned to optimise expenditure in non-strategic procurement areas. The company therefore commissioned ERA Group to analyse the cost categories of travel expenses, office supplies, workwear, freight and security services and to optimise them without compromising on quality. In order to achieve the best possible results in these areas, account manager Roland Prehm put together a team of experts consisting of Markus Frieling (travel expenses), Ilona Janssen (security services), Jürgen Trambauer (office supplies, rental laundry/workwear) and Wolfgang Scholl (freight).
