MDK Nord reduces cleaning costs through an EU-wide public tender with the help of experts from ERA Group.
The Medical Service of the Northern Health Insurance Fund (MDK Nord) is the advisory and assessment service for statutory health and nursing care insurance funds in the states of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. MDK Nord advises statutory health and nursing care insurance funds on fundamental socio-medical issues and carries out individual case assessments on behalf of the funds relating to the care of individual insured persons. MDK Nord has a total of seven locations in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein. In order to reduce expenditure in the area of maintenance cleaning in particular, MDK Nord commissioned ERA Group to optimise this area in a sustainable manner.
