ERA helped window and door manufacturer Inwido streamline purchasing at three factories in Finland. Previously, each factory managed its own supplier contacts, which made coordination and volume discounts difficult. Through a detailed analysis of over 2,000 items, ERA was able to identify common needs, standardise supplies and negotiate new supplier agreements.
