The Vermeulen Group is a family of 12 renowned companies specialising in the production and supply of building materials for outdoor and indoor finishing, water management and infrastructure.
The subsidiaries leased their cars from eight suppliers and used different fleet arrangements. ERA Group was called in to investigate how the fleet could be managed at group level.
