Jünger improves steel purchasing work processes and reduces costs by more than 6 per cent
Jünger GmbH manufactures stainless steel and aluminium tank bottoms for a wide range of companies in the chemical and food industries, as well as in furnace, vehicle and appliance manufacturing.
Steel purchasing is on the strategic agenda of the Siegen-based company. To gain more insight into this crucial area of work, ERA was commissioned to analyse the cost and process structures. And to investigate whether costs could be reduced in a responsible manner.
