Gasflaschenwerk Grünhain GmbH is Germany's only manufacturer of welded steel cylinders for liquefied petroleum gas and refrigerants. At its modern production plant in the Ore Mountains, the company continues a tradition dating back more than 80 years and manufactures a wide range of high-quality propane, propellant and refrigerant cylinders. The gas cylinders are filled with gas by liquefied gas companies for further sale or rental and sold to commercial or private end customers. Gasflaschenwerk Grünhain's customers include the leading liquefied gas companies in Germany and Europe. Last year, a new record level in the company's history was achieved with a production volume of 600,000 new cylinders. In order to continue its success story, the company commissioned Jörg Schlake and Stefan Mocker from ERA Group to examine its waste disposal costs.
