Bühler Motor GmbH reduces its freight costs by almost 10 per cent (100,000 euros) with the help of the experts at ERA Group.
Bühler Motor GmbH develops and manufactures mechatronic drive solutions that are used in automobiles, aircraft, office equipment and medical technology, among other things. In order to improve its procurement position, ERA Group was commissioned to optimise expenditure in various cost categories, including logistics.
Richard Söderström, Head of Materials Management at Bühler Motor, was very satisfied with the result. "In addition to the savings, the detailed analysis of our freight flows was extremely useful for us."
