Berliner Seilfabrik reduces overheads by €132,000 per year

Berliner Seilfabrik develops and manufactures customised play structures that delight children on every continent. An elaborately manufactured play equipment rope has given rise to an extensive range of spatial net constructions that can be flexibly adapted to each customer's individual requirements using a modular design principle. Sales are divided equally between Germany, other European countries and the markets of North America, Australia and the Arab region. Berliner Seilfabrik intends to exploit growth opportunities with a new branch in the USA. In order to position itself even better for the future, ERA Group was commissioned to reduce expenditure in the categories of printing, courier, express and parcel services (CEP), transport & logistics and packaging.
