For more than 90 years, Takasago International Corporation has been developing flavours and fragrances for food, beverages, perfumes, household and personal care products. The company has offices in 27 countries with production facilities and development laboratories. Takasago's European headquarters are located in Zülpich near Euskirchen.
In order to secure its future, the company commissioned Roland Prehm from ERA Group to analyse and optimise various purchasing areas. The investigations focused on rental linen, insurance, waste disposal and office supplies. Prehm brought in experts Thomas Brunner and Christopher Weden, among others, to work on the projects.
