Long-established trading company KONSUM optimises its waste disposal with the help of experts from ERA Group.
KONSUM DRESDEN eG has been offering high-quality food since 1888. As a specialist in food and drink, the cooperative sells its range in over 40 branches in Saxony and northern Bavaria.
In order to position the company optimally for future tasks, the board of Konsum Dresden eG commissioned Torsten Schütze, a Dresden-based ERA Group partner, with various projects. Since daily business is the main focus for a retail company, Konsum Dresden eG was receptive to the ERA Group's business idea of engaging external specialists with particular expertise and no obligations in day-to-day business.
