Kiel Montagebau KG has been a partner to the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries for 65 years and is also active in the field of power plant construction and refinery maintenance. KG's business model is based on framework agreements concluded on a long-term basis with well-known corporate groups. The KG's field of activity includes plant construction, plant shutdowns, general contracting, rough and apparatus assembly, maintenance, power plant technology and pipeline construction. In addition to the KG, the companies Kiel Engineering GmbH, IPS Industrie Personal Service GmbH and IPS Industrial Pipe Systems GmbH operate under the holding company Kiel Industrial Service AG. The companies operate nationwide, but also have subsidiaries in the Benelux countries and Denmark. In order to improve business results and increase the financial scope for investments, the Kiel management commissioned Roland Prehm from ERA Group to optimise non-strategic expenditure in over eight categories.
