ERA Group is assisting Lithuanian furniture manufacturing company Vilmers UAB in analyzing costs and evaluating current solutions related to direct materials.

ERA Group will be reviewing selected direct materials and, through process optimisation, collaboration, and new supplier agreements, aim to reduce both costs and environmental impact wherever possible.
According to CEO Ovidijus Jalonskis, ERA Group’s extensive expertise was a decisive factor in selecting them as a partner.
