We are delighted to announce the arrival of António Lobo Guerra to our team of ERA Partners in Portugal.
António Lobo Guerra has over 25 years' experience in business management, including 18 years as a member of various Boards of Directors (four of which he chaired).
He has been involved in high-level decision-making for companies based in mainland Portugal and the islands, as well as in Brazil, Mozambique and Macau.
Over the years, he has specialised in business reorganisation, efficiency improvements and management team leadership. He has held senior management positions in family businesses as well as multinationals. He is strongly customer-oriented and results-driven.
He has led teams in an industrial environment in the food and beverage sector and in service companies, mainly related to the entire water cycle, in the waste sector and in the laboratory sector.
He has also been a consultant to companies in Portugal.
He did an internship in the United States at a multinational company in the agri-food sector and has a degree in Engineering from the Portuguese Catholic University.
