Eva Linares has a degree in Economics and Finance from New York University and an MBA from ESADE; and has over 25 years of international experience in the travel sector. For 10 years; she worked in multinational companies in the tourism sector (outbound and inbound travel agencies and tour operators); holding positions of responsibility in organization; quality; sales; marketing and project management. For the last 16 years; she has been the owner and General Manager of an innovative and leading company in the Gastronomic and Wine Travel sector in Spain; awarded as the "Best Experience Company" in Catalonia and a pioneer in the "Biosphere Responsible Tourism" Certification.
For his part; Marc Peelen has a degree in Economics from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (Netherlands); an International MBA from IE Business School (Spain) and an Accelerated Development Program (ADP) from London Business School. Marc has more than 25 years of experience in the financial field. He has worked in investment banking; managing large structured finance transactions; M&A and IPOs for banks such as ABN AMRO; Bank of America and Fortis in Europe; Asia Pacific and the United States. In his last role at ABN AMRO; he was Managing Director in New York and responsible for the Financial Institutions business in North America. He has also developed his professional career in the finance departments of large companies; holding positions of responsibility in corporate treasury; investor relations and corporate development.
Finally; Carlos Sánchez is a Senior Engineer in Industrial Electronics and holds an MBA from ESADE with more than 20 years of experience in R&D and Operations in leading companies in his sector. Over the last 12 years of his professional career; he has led various professional projects from positions as Director of R&D; Director of Purchasing; Director of Operations and Managing Director in companies in the electrical/electronic and AgriFood sectors. In addition to his extensive knowledge in the areas of logistics and production; as an expert in industrial and commercial refrigeration; he has specialised in energy efficiency projects in food processing plants; temperature-controlled logistics hubs and food retail chains through the implementation of Industry 4.0 and IoT-based solutions.
