John is an executive service delivery leader with over 35+ years of experience in cost optimisation and supplier management and operational leadership. Prior to ERA Group, John enjoyed a 27-year career serving in increasingly senior roles with several organizations in the financial services industry, including three banks, a credit union, an asset recovery firm, and a call center outsourcer. John has led teams ranging from 2 to 150 employees in several different capacities and has developed an outstanding track record of increasing productivity, service quality, and profitability in both small and large, as well as public and private companies.
Since 2013, John has leveraged his experience and a team of ERA Group colleagues to identify and implement cost-saving solutions for clients across the United States, generating more than £15 million in improved cash flow. John holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado, received a Certified Internal Auditor designation in 1992, and has participated in numerous corporate training programs throughout his career. John serves on the boards of Living In Recovery and Sober Apartment Living, non-profit recovery housing organizations dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery from addiction in Maryland, Arizona and Colorado. John and his wife Lori, married for 42 years, have been blessed with three wonderful children and four beautiful grandchildren and spend their spare time at ball fields, gymnastics, dance and school events, and on the golf course.
