With over thirty years performing management consulting and implementing technology solutions in energy, technology, manufacturing, property management, construction, retail, non-profits, hospitality and other service-related industries, William has accumulated the knowledge crucial to ensuring projects deliver meaningful business results. During his career, he developed a deep appreciation for business data and the necessary discipline to convert information into a successful and positive outcome.
William’s primary responsibilities have been to deliver projects that deliver quantifiable business results, including technology platform evaluations, system design, business process transformation, and corporate performance measurement. He has created comprehensive engagement methodologies and developed detailed project plans for hundreds of successful enterprise engagements.
William began his career in the “Big Six” accounting and consultancies with Price Waterhouse, LLP and Arthur Andersen, LLP and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
William joined ERA Group and quickly became a leader in the ERA North American Information Technology Solutions Group. William was instrumental in offering Information Technology strategy and advisory in support of spend optimisation projects. Clients of all industries will benefit from an ERA Group review of Information Technology costs. William believes that an outside independent perspective can provide significant insight and identify potential pitfalls in a client's IT roadmap. Prior to ERA Group, William was a co-founding shareholder in a technology services firm and was responsible for delivering solutions that provided quantifiable value.
