An experienced FCIPS Procurement and Sustainability leader with 30 years of experience implementing category strategies and driving cost savings across the manufacturing, facilities management and engineering sectors.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and a member of the Chartered Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, Alison has developed and implemented category strategies to meet business requirements in various industry sectors. Drawing on her knowledge of processes and systems across different spend categories, Alison works to establish and maintain long-term collaborative partnerships within client supply chains, driving best value, service excellence, and implementing supplier management programs.
As the former Chair of the Facilities Management Supply Chain Sustainability School, she collaborated with organizations in the built environment sector to set standards in sustainability and assist businesses in addressing future challenges. With expertise in implementing ISO 20400, the guide to Sustainable Procurement, Alison supports clients in developing sustainability strategies and provides training for teams and supply chains to support their ESG targets.
