The British consulting network ERA Group; which also operates in Czechia; was the only non-American franchise to score points in this year's Global Franchise Awards 2018.
The verdict of six judges from four continents awarded ERA consultants the Best Business Franchise award. "We beat other well-known and; in most cases; larger franchise systems;" says Fred Marfleet; founder and chairman of ERA Group.
The award was accepted by Fred Marfleet and Global Chief Operating Officer Klaus Jeschke at the International Franchise Association's annual conference in Phoenix; USA.
The Global Franchise Awards are announced annually by The Global Franchise Magazine.
