This morning; while walking through the woods; I noticed how; if you stop for a moment; you can see how the landscape changes every day.

With the rains; white and orange mushrooms have begun to sprout. There are furrows and streams where there were none before. A tree has fallen; swept away by the current.
I thought about the impermanence of things; which Buddhism talks about so much. And also about how we continue to seek certainties.
These days; everything seems to revolve around uncertainty: uncertainty in the markets; in tariffs; in trade relations; in politics... even in our everyday decisions.
And yes; sometimes I too wish I had a crystal ball to tell me that everything will be alright.
But I realise that the real trap is when uncertainty paralyses us. When we stop acting. And in doing so; we end up fulfilling exactly what we feared.
I increasingly believe that certainty does not exist.
What we can do is reduce uncertainty and keep moving forward. Adjust the sails; as they say at sea.
And right in the midst of so much uncertainty; I think the work we do at ERA Group makes even more sense.
We do not promise certainties (no one should). But we do help companies make clearer decisions based on information; analysis and strategy.
Are you worried about a supplier failing? Perhaps we can help you diversify.
Are there decisions that are costing more than they contribute? We can identify them.
Are there opportunities hidden amid the noise? We can help you see them.
Because sometimes it's not a big change that transforms the landscape; but those little stones moved by the current.
And although the future remains uncertain; by reducing uncertainty; it becomes less confusing: more navigable.
Where are you finding clarity amid so much uncertainty?
