John is a consultant with Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) operating out of Florida and Connecticut. His experience over 30 years in cost reduction and turnaround management has enabled his business partners to benefit from solutions that improve quality while reducing costs. John’s broad experience dealing with high-level executives and board directors allows him to manage projects from a unique perspective producing measurable bottom-line results.
Prior to joining ERA, John worked as President and Chief Executive Officer in a turnaround management role for both public and private manufacturing companies (high-performance golf shafts, machine tools, and industrial robots). Additionally, John served on the Boards of Directors of Royal Precision, Connecticut Business & Industry Association, and DTI, a Polish engineering and manufacturing firm. He also holds thirteen (13) U.S. patents in robotics, product design, and rapid cooling technology. John has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz School of Business.
