PrehKeyTec GmbH develops and manufactures customised, high-quality keyboards and input systems. These products reduce the complexity of data entry at the point of sale, point of service and point of care, resulting in noticeable time savings. The products are used worldwide in retail, industry, banking, insurance and reservations. In order to review its own IT infrastructure in terms of service and costs, the company commissioned Dr Wolfgang Junge from ERA Group to examine it.
