Results-oriented and stimulating
Orcon is an expert in developing and manufacturing ventilation systems for homes. The focus is primarily on energy efficiency and a healthy indoor climate. Orcon called in ERA to check whether their freight and energy were well organised and to take a close look at the current rates. The requirement was that the high quality level should remain unchanged. ERA's efforts resulted in savings of around 12.5% for Orcon, including practical tools to manage these costs effectively themselves.
"I found the collaboration with ERA to be very results-oriented, with plenty of room for our core activities. During the projects we did with ERA, we were also encouraged to work in a more cost-conscious manner and to pay closer attention to opportunities and threats in the area of cost control," said Margot Verduin, financial controller.
