Officenter was founded in 2010 when Christa Jouck and Koen Batsleer, along with a dozen local entrepreneur friends, took over the Officenter business centre in Hasselt.
They continued to develop this concept with regionally based business and coworking centres, based on a shared vision: customer satisfaction, flexibility, innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship. Officenter now has 14 locations, making it the number two player in the Belgian market, with 900 client companies covering an area of 46,500 m2, representing more than 1,500 workstations.
