Since its foundation in 1978, servoprax GmbH has developed into one of Europe's top-selling medical technology wholesalers. Its customers include medical technology wholesalers and specialist retailers, medical supply stores, and orthopaedic and rehabilitation technicians in Germany and abroad. Almost all products are immediately accessible in more than 12,000 square metres of storage space at three locations. Efficient and cost-optimised logistics are essential for remaining competitive in the market. The company therefore commissioned Peter Kirchhoff from ERA Group to examine its existing expenditure structure in the logistics area. Kirchhoff brought in logistics experts Paul Aschenbrenner and Michael Endler to work on the project. The analysis focused on land and sea freight as well as courier, express and parcel services (CEP).
