Medgate AG is one of Switzerland's leading telemedicine companies, headquartered in Basel. Medgate's services include treating patients by telephone and video, as well as providing care by medical professionals at the Medgate Mini Clinic.
Until now, the company had been spending a six-figure sum annually on routine cleaning of its administrative offices and call centre. To examine the potential for optimising these costs, Andreas Baumann, Director of Finance & Controlling at Medgate AG, commissioned Andreas Bünter from ERA Group. He brought Jörg Meier on board as an expert for the project.
