When Kultakeskus Oy, a precious metals company with over a hundred years of history, and Expense Reduction Analysts began working together to optimise insurance costs, Kultakeskus was sceptical about whether it was worth putting the contract out to tender. There was no typical need for competitive tendering, as prices had last been reviewed only about a year earlier by an external broker.
