Long-established retail company KONSUM optimises packaging costs with the help of experts from ERA Group.
Since 1888, KONSUM DRESDEN eG has been offering high-quality food products. As a specialist in food and beverages, the cooperative sells its range in over 40 branches in Saxony and northern Bavaria.
In order to position the company optimally for future tasks, the board of Konsum Dresden eG commissioned ERA Group with various projects. Since daily business is the main focus for a retail company, Konsum Dresden eG was receptive to ERA Group's business idea of engaging external specialists with special expertise and without obligations in day-to-day business.
