Job GmbH reduces insurance costs. With the help of ERA Group, they have succeeded in effectively reducing costs.
JOB GmbH was founded in 1971. The company develops, manufactures and distributes thermally activated glass bulbs for automatic sprinklers. In addition to sprinklers, the company also develops extinguishing concepts aimed at minimising damage. The JOB Thermo Bulbs manufactured and patented by JOB GmbH are used by all leading manufacturers of sprinkler systems and have been installed over 1 billion times. This makes the company the global market leader in this field. Today, the medium-sized company employs around 150 people.
In order to optimise its cost structure and actively manage risk, the company commissioned Michael Nels from ERA Group to examine its insurance portfolio. He brought in insurance consultant Christopher Weden to work on the project.
