Torvekøkken is privately owned and one of Denmark's largest and most important suppliers of canteen services. Jespers Torvekøkken is among the most ambitious when it comes to the green agenda and sustainability, and in 2023 it became B-corp certified.
Jespers Torvekøkken wanted an analysis and optimisation of a number of cost categories with the aim of achieving smart savings where price is not the only parameter.
In collaboration with a number of ERA experts, a series of new initiatives were implemented. Although direct and indirect savings were not the only goal of the collaboration, ERA, in collaboration with Jespers Torvekøkken's management and key employees, has achieved significant financial results.
