The situation on the Swiss labour market, which is characterised by full employment and a shortage of skilled workers, makes it considerably more difficult to fill vacant positions with temporary workers in a timely manner. The company therefore commissioned Andreas Bünter from ERA Group to investigate this area. The project focused on securing the long-term supply of skilled workers and optimising the cost structure for filling these positions.
