Helkama Velox and Suomen Polkupyörätukku, part of the Finnish Helkama Group, wanted to streamline their road freight transport for bicycles with the help of Expense Reduction Analysts. In addition to analysing freight costs and developing new operating models, cooperation with various freight suppliers played a significant role in achieving cost savings.
