OCHSNER was founded in 1872 and used to manufacture both piston and screw compressors. Since 1992, OCHSNER has focused exclusively on heat pumps. The company is a technology leader and full-range supplier in this market. OCHSNER manufactures its various heat pumps at different production sites in Austria.

In order to improve its competitive position, OCHSNER commissioned Manfred Kramml from ERA Group to analyse and optimise costs in the areas of vehicle fleet and telecommunications.
