Classic ERA project demonstrates the effectiveness of the business model
Gunnebo, a multinational security company with 6,000 employees in 30 countries but with Swedish origins, needed to review its costs in a structured and systematic manner after a period of strong expansion, with the acquisition of some 40 companies. It therefore engaged the ERA Group, a world-leading specialist in cost reduction. ERA has nearly 700 consultants in some 30 countries.
