Fredy Wiesner Catering Specialist in Australian and Asian cuisine reduces energy costs


The family-run business Fredy Wiesner Gastronomie has made a name for itself in Switzerland with Australian and Asian cuisine and operates a total of over 25 restaurants. The company is expanding so rapidly in the Asian cuisine sector in particular that it will be offering training as a sushi chef towards the end of 2013 in order to meet its own demand for qualified staff. In order to keep an eye on costs during its expansion efforts, the company commissioned ERA Group to reduce its energy costs.
