Dollarstore grows smarter with ERA Group
Dollarstore, one of Sweden's largest and fastest-growing low-cost companies, enlisted the help of ERA Group to review and optimise its indirect costs. Instead of hiring resources themselves, they gained access to ERA's broad expertise and methodology – which led to significant savings in several areas. Among other things, cleaning costs were reduced by 35%, marketing and printing by 35% and transport by 17%.
The collaboration has resulted in total savings of SEK 25–27 million for Dollarstore, while also freeing up resources for more campaigns, more efficient processes and long-term follow-up.
