ERA was called in to take a close look at the costs and processes involved in parcel shipping. The aim was to determine whether and how savings could be made in terms of time and money. And to learn from ERA's knowledge and approach.

After considering the proposed improvements, Henri Willig's project team decided to continue with one existing service provider and two new parties. This choice enabled them to reduce their parcel delivery costs and serve their customers in an even more tailored and environmentally friendly way.
