More than 450,000 visitors attend around 400 events at the Frankfurt Opera House every year. In addition to classical music events and events for children, young people and parents, congresses are also held there regularly. Behind the historic façade of the former Frankfurt Opera House lies a lively concert and congress hall that is highly versatile but has a clear artistic profile. As with other concert and conference centres, energy and waste disposal costs are significant expense items. To examine and optimise these areas, Rolf Schmidt, Commercial Director at Alte Oper Konzert- und Kongresszentrum GmbH, commissioned Volker Worringer from ERA Group.
