Josep Maria Bagudà Serenó holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University (UK), a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Pompeu Fabra University, and an MBA from IESE.
Josep Maria's professional experience has been largely focused on family businesses and multinational environments, leading various business projects at the level of Managing Director. Professionally, Josep Maria's passion is to support and lead teams of people and organizations to improve their results and achieve the highest standards of quality in service and operations, always focusing on adding value by improving the efficiency of the company. He has extensive experience in business reorganisation and business model projects, operations optimisation, team restructuring and strategy redefinition, as well as board advisory services. Josep Maria joined ERA in 2023 to contribute his experience in managing cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement projects. At the same time, Josep Maria is a professor of Family Business at the University of Girona.
