Ted Vahan has 35 years of experience in the Information Technology Services industry and started ERA’s Information Technology Practice. Throughout his career, Ted has delivered cost-effective technology solutions to his clients. As a Project Manager, he successfully led multi-million dollar IT projects and Business Process Improvement engagements. As an executive, Ted has proven the ability to drive profitability improvements across an extensive portfolio of projects and assets.Ted is based in Charlotte, NC. He began his career with Accenture, specializing in large-scale information systems development and deployment for large public sector organizations. He left to become a partner in a small IT services firm, later acquired by international IT Services Provider, Covansys. At Covansys, Ted held several executive positions, including Vice President for Project Management, in which he managed an extensive portfolio of complex IT projects. He is dedicated to delivering cost-effective technology solutions to his clients. As a Project Manager, he successfully delivered multi-million dollar IT projects and Business Process Improvement engagements, including the development, procurement, installation, and operation of IT assets. As an executive, Ted has proven the ability to drive profitability improvements across a broad portfolio of projects and assets. Currently, Ted is working with numerous clients who desire to drive down costs while maintaining or improving the continuity of service and value.
