Möbel Preiss achieves significant CO2 savings

ERA Group reduces energy costs by 38 per cent through energy efficiency measures

Möbel Preiss is a family-owned company with 70 years of experience in the furniture industry. The company operates three floors of showrooms covering over 25,000 square metres in Kastellaun in the Hunsrück region.

In order to further improve its ecological balance, Möbel Preiss commissioned Folker Gussek from ERA Group with a project to optimise energy consumption. Folker Gussek brought Klaus Peusch on board as an energy expert for the project. In the first step, ERA Group examined the status quo on site. The experts found that Möbel Preiss had been spending six-figure sums on energy each year.
